Manhattan Restaurant Suggestions

My fiancé is taking me down to the city as a Hanukkah present (we live upstate). We are going to the Jewish Museum. Also may stop in at the Menorah Galleries and West Side Judaica. We are gonna try to also go to the menorah lighting as we will be there on the first night. He told me to research some kosher/Israeli/Jewish-owned restaurants for lunch. I’ve come up with a few and would like to know some opinions on them or suggestions of other places as well. We are vegetarian, so that factors in. I came across Eshel, Dagon, Noi Due, Malka, Miznon.

What are the opinions on these restaurants?

Also, does anyone know what time exactly they will be doing the menorah lighting? The one over on 5th and 59th.
