Freedom won't let me pay my bill, what am I supposed to do?

Website won't accept any of my 4 cards (debit/credit).

Phone support won't answer the phone (three days on hold for 1 hour+)

Text support won't engage with the issue and just reply with copy and pasted nonsense that doesn't help

Still emailing me telling me I need to pay my bill

What am I actually supposed to do? These idiots are going to ruin my credit rating
