Where can I buy used gear?

I'm in the market for a used size Large plate carrier in Coyote of good quality (like the JPC 1.0/2.0), but I cannot find any places selling something like this used. I did see a lot on Ebay, but only one in my size and it looks rough. Where do you guys recommend I shop for used gear?
