How to get GLP1 RX

I’m 2 yrs PO, I was 15lbs away from my GW before I completed stopped loosing. The food noises have returned with a vengeance and have gained 8lbs. I’m perimenopausal, and recently got on IUD due to heavy periods. I’m worried the weight will keep going up. My CW is 149, my GW is 135. My question is, has anybody had any luck getting an RX for GLP1 with a low BMI from their PCP, and getting insurance coverage?
