Is this the worst fold in the history of poker?

OK, I'm in an online club, we all know each other (pretty well). Last night, one of the regs made a fold and then shared his hand in the lobby because the hand qualifies for a weird promo raffle ticket. The player is a winning reg and a, presumably good player, but this fold completely changed my mind. I am wondering if this fold would change your opinion of a player.

I would like to reiterate that we play against each other every day for five years. We all know each other's tendencies, very well.

2/4 PLO

+1 opens w AA77r, HJ (a very good, loose aggressive reg, who is effective with approx 200 BBs), three bets, folds back to +1 who 4 bets to 50 BBs. HJ calls.

203 BBs in pot, HJ has 145 BBs.

Flop 8d5h7s (+1 has naked As Ad).

+1 checks, HJ checks

Turn 9s, +1 checks, HJ bets 49 BBs.

+1 uses 2.5 minutes of tanks and folds.

First off, HJ is a player that is betting that turn with any t, any j, (and maybe any 6). Second off, if he calls, SPR is still over .5, meaning he can donk jam any spade river and easily get a fold. Third off, after you do this, you post the hand to the lobby for a raffle ticket?

So, I guess, how seriously can I take this player going forward? I mean, I GUESS against a tighter, more passive player you can sometimes find a fold, blocking one of his bluffs? But this is not that player. I am going to be thinking about this hand for a long time.
