Computer is making weird music, no matter what application I run, like chiming bells.

I turned on the laptop to post some fanart, but then when I started the music (I was listening to "Asgore" by Toby Fox) I heard a weird pulsing, high-itched noise, like bells, only, not. At first I thought it was just an attack sound in the song, then I paused the song, and it was still going, I turned the volume down to see if it was just my ears (I have an infection in one) but no, it was coming from the laptop. It keeps changing rythms and instruments, like music, sometimes like footsteps. I'll turn it down for now, if you know anything, please let me know. It's getting really annoying.
