Can't Create Cobblemon Quests

Does anyone have experience with Cobblemon Quests/FTB?

I'm trying to make daily quests for my Cobblemon server, but it seems like I can't set the actions for said quest. Whenever I go into this 'scan pokemon' quest and try to set the action for the task.. nothing happens.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong!!
