affordable hotels with private beach in dubai or abu dhabi?

Does anyone know any good resonably priced (Up to 1000 DH a night) hotels in Dubai or Abu Dhabi that have a good private beach? I loved Radisson Blu in Abu Dhabi Corniche but its price recently has become extortionately expensive.
