Disjointed... No Cohesion... No Teamwork

My local team is Cheltenham FC, I've genuinely watched better pressing, better team work and better cohesion from the League 2 side than I am here tonight.

There doesnt seem to be a plan, it seems to be made up as it goes. The defending is desperate, the attacking is indecisive. When we do work the ball wide with some space we dont cross, we just tiki-taka the shit out of it until we inevitably lose possession. If by some miracle we do accidentally cross it in, the quality is terrible. Curtis Jones and Wirtz are occupying the same space more often than not. Konate looks like he's had double hip surgery he moves so slow and wobbly. Gakpo is trying... very trying at times. Szobozlai and Wirtz are the best players on the red side of the pitch. But for all our possession, Leeds are comfy, we look like we could play this game for a million years and never score. Jones' shot was a flash of brilliance in a storm of turds.

We've become a squad of individuals rather than a cohesive team. This is the first game ive sat and properly analysed in a while and my god... we're shocking. If this keeps up Slot will be gone by xmas (rightly or wrongly) and we'll finish the season in the bottom half.

Man for man this squad should be dominating sides, creating chances for fun and defending like animals, but they play like a local school side on a rainy Wednesday night.
