Nostalgia from 8th grade; Black Star by Radioheadd

This song holds history. Previously in my 8th grade year, I got introduced to Radiohead by Vanessa, my best friend at the time who had been suffering from an abusive household. Then I began exploring through the albums and found this song. I told her that it reminded me of her because she blamed everything around her for her misery. She still says hi to me in the halls, and I begin to reminisce over this song. I still miss her and I wish she could see this. I sometimes wonder if she still thinks about me when she hears this song.
