Physical Description: Tall and lean musculature beneath black and dark gray motorcyclist body armor under a black faux leather trenchcoat with steel toed boots, with a open face balaclava covered by a faceless chrome mask and overhood.
Abilities: Serpent Physiology: Enhanced Senses (Acute Hearing, Taste, Touch, Smell, and Sight (including Thermal vision), Enhanced Physicality: (Strength, Speed, Agility, Durability, Stamina, and Reflexes alongside Regenerative Healing. Metamorphosis pending on mood. Ability to climb solid surfaces. Respiratory control underwater. Precognitive instincts. Hypnosis via eye contact. Quasi-telepathic and verbal communication with serpents. Various venom-toxins potency (via bites or sprays). Skilled parkour/martial artist, and hand-to-hand combatant. Cunning resourcefulness, Observation, and Escapology. Multilingual in six different languages.
Origin: Boston, Massachusetts, grew up in Maine.
Bio: Born and raised in the East Coast mainly and non-descriptively, he grew up in an impoverished abusive and neglectful household near the woods of rural Maine as the middle child of five children; not only that, he suffered from undiagnosed high-functioning autism at the time of the 90s. At five, he earned his powers while running away from the wrath of his father into the woods where he fell into a pit full of literal bioengineered and generically altered vipers (or simply snakes in this case) that led to an abandoned nondecontaminated clandestine facility underground built from the 50s. He was bitten all over from snakes that were both venomous and anti-venomous that have been in prolonged exposure to radiation which coupled with the likelihood of his age and adrenaline, his cells redefined and in the years after slowly his powers would begin to show and develop overtime until eventually he killed his father and went on the run. He became a vigilante after hearing a lone girl's cries in her room from her father's abuse while he was living on the streets, taking matters into his own hands when the CPS did nothing to fix the issue. Eventually, he found his way into the underworld of day-to-day life and chose to unconventionally dedicate himself to a lifetime of vigilantism to ensure the safety of households and children are upheld in and out of the streets.
Crimes: Officially, Murder, Assault, Trespassing, Terrorism. Vagrancy, and Vigilantism (although these aren't recorded due to a low profile).
