Low power light for kids?

Question

Hey everyone, I've got a couple young kids who I think would love their own flashlights for camping and evening walks. Any thoughts on something in the 25-75 lumen range that'll put up with being dropped and won't blind them of they shine them at their eyes? I'm fine with incandescent or LED.

I can find some red tinted lights that are low lumen for stargazing and preserving night vision but I'd rather have warm white. And I'd rather not have to build them, but that is an option if I have to. Or swap the LED.
