Does any have experiences with private cables?
I finally managed to get my friend in Hangzhou decent internet across the great firewall. Tried all kinds of VPN's, E-sims, I basically went through all the regular cures people suggest here. Only thing that remotely worked was Giph. In the end the best solution I ended up on was a VPS together, with a P2P mesh VPN and Cloudflare.
It only costs about 5$ a month and my friend gets speeds just short of her regular wifi speeds ~250Mbps instead of ~280Mbps. It has been a week now and the only issue so far is having to use Giph to connect to the P2P network. Once that connection is live, she can turn Giph off and will have a connection until she turns off the app.
Does anyone have another solution that is about as fast and stable? I want to prepare another solution in case this fails. I don't want to go back to trying VPN after VPN again. I can get another 12 fresh IP's for my VPS. But I know they usually target VPS by provider batches. So there is a good chance that if I do back up and redeploy the solution on a fresh ip. The new ip will already be blocked.
I am considering just getting a NAT VPN on an IPLC. How is the set-up? What's the speed like and most importantly can I manage it from NL?
