Gigsky cruise internet no-go

I went all in on Gigsky for internet while travelling on a new ship and unfortunately I can’t recommend this product in its current iteration due to the glitches in how it switches between other land and free plans on the same account.

Support was excellent to help Troubleshoot but it’s very complicated if you’re not knowledgeable in basic mobile telephony.

I would recommend a cruise only plan be active on your account. Do not activate any land, land & sea or free plans, as that’s what seemed to cause Gigsky to choke for me. If you need service in ports, use your primary line or get another eSIM provider for land use and toggle between the two.

Looking forward to seeing this product develop and giving it another review on my next cruise! I am planning on buying it again, with the above caveats.
