On Thursday the 4th, my car was parked on the corner of 6th and A. My appointment wait time was taking forever so I had to run out and refill the meter and grab my phone charger. This man had both hands down the front of his pants jerking off. I snapped a pic and looked down to find my charger and when I looked up he was right in front of my hood with one hand in front and the other buried pretty far up his rectum staring me down. 

I didn't want to get any clearer pics of his face because he was clearly on a *lot* of substances and I value my safety. (And yes, I obviously locked the doors as soon as I got in the car) and my piece of shit dash cam didn't record any of it, new top of the line is arriving today.

Several men walked by and did nothing. I called the non emergency line and was on hold forever so I hung up because my phone battery was dying. A car honked at him and it did not phase him AT ALL. After the 2nd pic I grabbed a pen as my only available weapon and decided to make a break for it. I bolted back across the street to my appointment and they talked me into filing a report and walked me back to my car and this perv was nowhere to be found but my Maglite found it's way from my trunk to a far more easily accessible location.

I finally worked up the courage to call the police last night and they gave me an event number, and said I'd have to go to court if I file a report. I have some pretty severe PTSD from stuff like this (hence the appointment).

I have a lot more clarity this morning after some sleep(and a LOT of anxiety meds) and have found my balls of steel buried deep in the bottom of an old purse I had shoved in the back of the closet. 

My question is- have you seen this man? Do you have a similar story to share? Would you like to join me in forcing the city to get it's fucking act together? Let's do this! 

Obviously this guy deserves repercussions for his actions and he clearly needs help more than anything, but myself and everyone else in this city deserve help and safety, too.
