Most of these are concepts for my Splatoon-inspired game. In said game, energy is spread instead of ink, so that's why it says energy instead of ink. Just letting you know ahead of time.

# Giganto-mation:

The user yells as the around them is sucked up, completely removing it, and transforming the user into an energy-covered giant. Their main and sub weapons become unusable for a short time and those inputs are replaced with separate attacks. Pressing the Main Weapon Button does a swipe with one of the user's arms, dealing 50 damage; pressing the Sub Weapon Button has the user pull a lava-like glob of energy out of the ground and throw it, dealing 85 damage on a direct and 60 on an indirect.

Walking around creates shockwaves that deal 45 damage on a direct and 35 on the splash.

The user has 500 HP of armor and the multipliers against it persist until the special is fully over, allowing opponents to Booyah-tech the user. The special lasts for 5 seconds.

Pressing L executes the **Giant's Roar**.

When using this move, the user does a roar, siphoning all opponents in range's special meter and energy, extending the duration by an amount depending on how many opponents were caught by it, to a max of an extra 3 seconds.

Special Power Up increases the duration by up to an extra 5 seconds.

This is inspired by Garden Asada's special idea but slightly tweaked. The video is the same as the source for the image above.

# Magic Mortar:

The user pulls out a large cannon in both hands and can shoot large cannon balls that create tornadoes filled with cannon balls upon contact with anything. The user can fire 5 shots before going on empty. A direct does 220 damage, and an indirect does 55 damage. Works similarly to Splatoon's Trizooka.

Unlike Trizooka, this special has more startup so it can't be used as a panic button, it lasts its full duration even if all the shots are used, the user has a glow when in squid form, it has a laser, it has only one ball instead of 3, sub weapons can be used during it, and the user also gains an extra shot every time they hit a direct, signified by a special reloading sound effect.

The special lasts for 8 seconds.

Special Power Up increases the duration by up 50%,

This is my game's version of S3's Trizooka or S1's Inkzooka

# Octo-Rays:

The user puts on a mechanical suit that has 2 activation methods, summoning 8 different mechanical arms. Pressing the Main weapon button while looking at an opponent locks 2 of the lasers emitted from the emitters onto them.

The lasers have about 10% more range than Line Marker in Splatoon. This can be done up to 4 times and multiple lasers can be locked onto 1 opponent.

Pressing the Sub weapon button while looking at an opponent launches a set of 4 missiles at them like Tenta Missiles in Splatoon 3. Multiple sets of missiles can be locked onto 1 opponent. A max of 20 missiles can be launched and each missile does 45 damage on a direct and 30 on an indirect.

Special Power Up increases the targeting radius by up to 50%, the painting radius of the missiles by up to 20%, and the duration of the lasers by up to an extra 5 seconds.

This is my game's version of Tenta Missiles and Killer Wail 5.1.

# Spike-Booster 9000:

The user attaches a machine to their main weapon, boosting it dramatically in terms of performance. Each weapon gets  different buffs or changes. The special lasts for 7-12 seconds depending on what weapon and how drastic the changes for said weapon is.

Special Power Up increases the duration by up to an extra 2 seconds.

This is based on Prochara's idea in [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvRPvq9ycy4). Feel free to come up with your own effects in the context of that video.

# Image Clones:

The user creates several identical images of the user in the area around them and they can switch places with two selected ones by pressing L or R. Each can be moved and switched to another for tricky movement. Each image can take 25 damage before disappearing into thin air, filling the special meter and energy capacity (ink tank in Splatoon) of the opponent who destroyed the decoy.

The special lasts for 25 seconds and is shortened every time an image is destroyed.

Special Power Up increases the HP of each image

This is one of my game's versions of Super Chump, the other being the one below.

# Energy Falls:

The user Sends out streams of energy water to rain down in an area chosen by the user. The user can jump with the energy water by pressing ZR instead of R, recalling to the point of activation after 10 seconds. Each Energy fall does 35 damage per second while in it and slows down opponents for 3 seconds after they exit, restarting each time they get hit by the falls.

Special Power Up increases the duration of the falls by up to 50% and how quick they are sent out (also speeding up the super jump with it

Like I said above, this is the other version of Super Chump in my game.

# Vacuum Field:

The user gains an aura and they can create a field in front of them that absorbs attacks with R, replacing the user's sub weapon slots. The user can still use their main weapon though. After 10 seconds or when the user presses L, they can create an explosion around them that works like Ink Vac, getting bigger the more attacks are absorbed and giving the user more armor.

Pressing L executes **Suction Cancel**. This cancels the charging portion of the special and transitions straight into the explosion part, reducing the explosion size by a small bit and increasing the endlag before the shot as a result.

Holding L afterwards or when it's done allows the user to throw an energy ball and make the explosion happen where the ball lands, similar to how Ink Vac in Splatoon works.

Special Power Up increase the radius of the vortex by up to 30% on the larger portion and 75% on the smaller portion.

# Cyber Ray:

The user jumps into the air and summons several platforms below them while pulling out a futuristic ray gun. Pressing ZR shoots out a laser that builds up in power over time and pierces through opponents. Pressing R sends out a barrage of slow-moving orbs that explode on contact.

When the user has the special active, opponents can get up close and damage the platforms and destroy them, ending the special early and giving an opportunity to Banish the user.

Works like Splatoon 2's Stingray as well as the Stingers in Salmon Run. The duration is 6 seconds.

Unlike Splatoon 2's Stingray, the user cannot shoot through walls, see opponents through walls, has slightly better turning speed, and the special does not have infinite range.

Pressing L executes **Explosive Platforms/Shockwaves**. Tapping L creates a shockwave that opponents have to jump over and holding creates explosions in random spots. These can be used in conjunction with each other

Special Power Up increases the durationby up to an extra 2.5 seconds, increases the damage curve of the beam so it reaches maximum damage faster, and increases the velocity and radius of the orbs by up to 10%.

Let me know what you think and your kits down below! Feel free to give feedback 'cuz some of these might need tweaking. Thanks in advance!

I'll list some special concepts and you decide what weapons each one gets and their kits
