my sim cant walk in her house

anyone know a solution to this? my sim all of a sudden cant go through the front or back door of her house. this is my first gen very veggie sim and idk whats happening :( i tried replacing the door, debugged her and the doors, and restarted my game. theres nothing blocking the door either
