Long term loneliness

Hi! I'm male aged 48 from the UK. I've been lonely all my life both in relationships and out of them. Sometimes it's nice being alone but it's actually getting to a point where I can only see a single future ahead of me and it's so hard to take.

Nobody wants to date me (I've tried OLD many times) and the rare few that match with me ghost within days (at most).

I don't know what's wrong with me that makes me so undatable and I'm now coming to terms with having been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.

I hate being alone but I just don't see it ending.
