Italian D Type Student visa For PhD Rejected Despite Scholarship.

Hi, I am in a mess, as my student visa application for PhD in Italy got rejected twice. I deposited money from my father's account . Previously I have 2.5 Lac In my account, than I deposited 10 Lac from my father's account. I deposited after my Professor confirmed my admission and asked me to prepare for visa application (isn't that logical?) .
In my first application I didn't explained my father's deposit and applied as self sponsor (as my scholarship in 18345 euro) and I will be in study leave with full salary paid. In rejection letter they mentioned " THE PERSONAL ECONOMIC GUARANTEES ARE NOT RELIABLE, WITH PAYMENT AND CASH DEPOSIT FROM UNVERIFIABLE"
In my second application I explained these deposits and introduce my father as a sponsor. Now they are saying : "THE INDIVIDUAL'S PERSONAL MEANS OF ECONOMIC SUBSISTENCE AND THOSE OF THE SPONSOR ARE NOT RELIABLE, WITH CASH DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS FROM UNVERIFIABLE SOURCES"

Now I have no option to wait for another 5/6 month. So what to do now?
