Am I underpaid (UK)?

Role: Scale-up fintech FP&A team. Current compensation is £75k. I don't post JNLs or play a big role in month end close, but I do an extensive ~40 page pack with minimal review each month for leadership and investors, doing variance analysis and explaining the numbers commercially. On the regular reporting side, I also do weekly performance updates, and a monthly mid-month forecast of revenue.

I am heavily involved in budgeting and modelling and implementing our new EPM software and do a lot of work building dashboards and providing ad hoc analysis on business questions. I think I've widely recognised as having added a lot of commercial insights. I meet and work with leadership often. I have some good relationships across the business with other teams, which helps our work a lot.

Hours: I have worked just about every weekend for the last six months, driven by unrealistic deadlines, last minute changes of mind and fire-fighting. I have also felt to really do good analysis I need to put the extra hours in.

Skillset: I think it's fair to say I am the primary data expert in the Finance team. I've been at the company the longest and joined with a decent background in SQL, PowerBI and Python, which is very relevant for our work. I am very experienced in Excel and have automated a lot of processes.

Is this reasonable compensation? If not, what would be?
