IBPS clerk fingerprint on mains admit card

During the exam the investigator gave me a stamp pad to put my fingerprint on the admit card but it was too light so she told me to do it again. Now first there was a bit of fingerprint on the box but it was too light later when she brought a new stamp pad the ink was proper and fingerprint was properly visible. Will it create some issue?
