Where to install oven receptacle?

While I'm getting some electrical work done elsewhere in my house, I'm DIY running a circuit for a planned change from a gas to induction slide-in range. The electrician is going to connect the circuit to the panel, but very reasonably wants me to have the receptacle fully finished first.

The issue I'm running into is that I don't have a specific range picked out yet, and from my research they all seem to need different, mutually exclusive locations. Bosch needs jte receptacle in the middle-middle, GE in the middle but down low, and kitchen aid in either bottom corner.

What's the recommended receptacle location in this situation?
I'm thinking of running surface mount conduit and box for now, to the highest point on the wall I can (cable is running up from the floor). That way once we do pick out a range, I have the cable room to move the receptacle to it's final place, in or out of the wall.
But I'm wondering if there's an industry standard for this situation, or any other approach y'all recommend?
