Need help! Wifi won't consistently stay on and rgb will occasionally flicker

Recently my PC has started having wifi issues and along with that the rbg on the fans will flicker for a few seconds every few minutes. The wifi will say it's connected the entire time but I'll be unable to download some things and will get disconnected from games. I built the PC about 10 months ago and I've had no issues since then. The only thing that's changed is the location of my room in the house. However I don't know how that would affect the rgb. My main suspicions are the PSU or something to do with drivers but all my drivers are up to date so now I'm just confused so I wanted to ask for opinions/help. Thanks!
