Continue or start over

Hey guys, new-ish player here. I got the game on launch and deleted it a bit after because I realized my device was not handling the game well. In that first period, I got Encore and Verina.

I then deleted the game and got back into it during the first Jinhsi rerun. I got her on hard pity after a lost 50/50 to another Verina. I also somehow accumulated two Calcharos from the standard banner (I do not like the guy at all).

Fast forward to now, I downloaded the game again for Chisa and grinded my ass off to another lost 50/50. I have just been wondering if it is just easier to start the game again with a new account. I heard that I have missed out a lot of new-player-friendly optimizations (SK as a starter banner, etc.) I am not really attached to the characters I have and not really that far into the story.

Maybe it is also a good idea to point out that I really really wanna get Chisa, Lynae, and Mornye.
