Latency spikes from 50 to 800 every 5-10 seconds?

Hello, I havent played in like 6 months, and now, I cant play at all, my ping is going between 50-800 at all times, so basically my game slows down and then starts fast forwarding, it spikes to 800 then goes quickly down to 50, and does that ALL the time, like every 5-10 seconds?

This was never an issue before when I played 200 hours when the game launched. What is going on? Its completely unplayable for me.

This is not an issue I have in other online games, its only PoE2.
