Are the Christmas Tree Farm records coming from China legitimate?

I keep finding them on Discogs and eBay and they always have 3+ and they’re always like $250ish which is much cheaper than normal. I would assume fakes but I’ve also heard how hard it is to fake a picture disc so I’m not sure now.
