Triggered! Looked and almost relapsed

On day 5 of nofap! Last night I made big mistake and peeked. Been dealing with some past thoughts and I got tempted by them and looked someone up. I know it wrong and im trying to come back from it but my mind feels like it against me. Finding it hard to let go and worried ill end up looking again.
