Does where you buy from make a difference in efficacy?

I did the first 3 months with Provider A. By the time I hit month 3 @ 1 mg I had to set reminders to eat because my appetite was almost fully gone.

Then I switched to Provider B. I'm on month 2 of provider B/month 5 of semaglutide @ 2.1 mg per week. It feels like my pre-medicine appetite has returned completely. I know I'm not going to be taking this medicine all my life and it's ultimately lifestyle changes that will keep the weight off etc etc but is the change in appetite because the batch from Provider B is not working as well as the one from Provider A?

I've withheld the actual names of the providers so that we can keep the discussion purely about how a change in provider might have an effect in change of effects.
