right testicle hard and painless when i press on it 24 years old

one day i was playing the game (helldivers 2) and my left nut started hurting pretty bad for a couple days , then it disappeared , thought i was clear , then my right nut started hurting and thus gradually got worse until i went to planned parenthood. They gave me antibiotics and they helped the pain drastically but all my tests came back negative . Now after antibiotics my right testicle is still hard and still has light dull pain here n there this all started in early november it’s december now and my right nut is still pretty hard , any help ? i have a urologist appointment on tuesday but im just worried its cancer and they’re gonna have to do surgery or chemo and shit
