POD wired ethernet ports fail after using Apple AirPlay???

OK.. this could be TL;DR but... just got a new updated QF NID and Pod installed, all working fine.. I have a 200 Mbps service. I have about 35 wireless clients (cameras, phones, laptops, watches, ecobee's ..etc etc..) and 5 WIRED devices: 1 Sony TV, 1 Roku, 1 printer, 1 MacBook Air, 1 Yamaha stereo receiver/amp.

Soo... poking around in the QF NID app on my laptop I see some things related to gaming in the IPV4 Firewall table so I turned off Xbox stuff , PS2 gaming... then rebooted and all is still good.

BUT.. then I played some music from Spotify and used Apple AirPlay to the Yamaha stereo... ALL STILL GOOD UNTIL.. music stopped playing ..

Then I notice all my WIRED Ethernet devices are no longer showing up in the Client list and no longer work.. And the POD LED is blinking on/ off from time to time.

BUT Wi-Fi devices are 100% fine full speed no issues!

So I go back into the web portal for the NID and I see extra items in the static routing list.. but I go back and RE-ENABLE the services in the IPV4 firewall that I had turned off and viola its all working again.

WTH?? why would using Apple AirPlay do anything to the routing table and why would that even cause all the Ethernet devices to no longer work?
