Bereavement leave should cover atleast one (1) week

I’m not sure if this is the right sub but since this is still the only sub I can use, i'll just vent it out here.

I work at an auditing firm, the work environment is fine, but what’s bothering me is that they only provide 2 days of bereavement leave. I understand it’s not legally mandated, but honestly, 2 days feels far too short to properly grieve.

I don’t know… I’m just feeling really sad.

I already filed mine last night, bahala na sila if sino ang magaapprove. Idk if ilang days or meron rin ba sa ibang firms or companies.
