Should I ask my GP for another appointment at the endocrinologist?
So I've had multiple testosteron blood worksfine in the past because I had pretty bad gyno as a teen.
In 4 different test the max result was 13.5 nmol/l and lowest 9 nmol/l. The lower value was in a period of time I was in a bad place with depression.
My SHGB was tested twice at 23 and 25 nmol, and albumin at 39 g/l. I've used a calculator for the free test calculation, but I cant seem to get a clear answer on how well my free T is.
This is now 3-4 years ago and I'm feeling wat better now. But still this repeating cycl of feeling overwhelmed, lackluster, and being unmotivated comes back. Psychotherapy doesn't seem to have a lasting effect of me.
Apart from mental issues I don't feel other low test symptoms. I crave sex all day and its almost intrusive. I gain muscle quite well, atleast I think so. But other stuff like returning fatigue, my body refusing to lose fat mass, low initiative and motivation. I want to believe this is all mentally driven, but sometimes I wish the low-normal T could be the reason why I feel the way I do, so there'd be a solution.
