So tired of the upload issues

So I feel like i just lost out 75 bucks. I was invited to a express mission 12 am for a tv study. Did it and went to upload it and it just sat there. I left the app open. Came back to the upload page being empty, cool thought it uploaded. Couple hours later they are emailing me about failed upload. So I go to the upload screen nothing there. I emailed them with screen shots showing that there is nothing there and they still marked me as abandoned. I also had the ups express mission that the prototype stop working for me and several others. What frustrates me about dscout is they know the app has had glich issues yet they don't want to acknowledge that its on thier end and compensate.
