shift and B to fetch buffs up causing ctd

Anyone else experiencing this as of today. i didn't die and my buffs disappeared. the only thing happened was i got hit by debris. my buffs werent showing on the health bar so i tried to check on my buffs. Soon as i hit the keys it crashed.
