Amazon SDE 1 (University Talent/New Grad) - Seeking Clarity & Referral

Hello r/amazonemployees community,

I am a 2026 grad student applying for the Amazon SDE 1 (University Talent Acquisition) role.

Does a Referral Actually Help for the SDE 1 New Grad Role?

if yes, I am looking for a referral to ensure my application gets flagged in the system.

If you are a current Amazon employee and are willing to provide a referral for the New Grad/University Talent SDE 1 position, please DM me!

I will promptly send my resume (PDF) and the specific job link/ID.

Thank you for your consideration!
