Metal valve caps

Help! I was stupid and put metal tire valve stem caps on my tires. I cannot get them off. I tried the suggestion of wd40 and even heating them up a bit with a lighter. It will cost hundreds to have the valve stems replaced because of the TPMS. Any suggestions?
