Need help in determining if I should buy this PC

Buying a prebuilt PC (from a local PC building company), but not sure if these specs are fine or if there are any known jarring issues with any of these components. They are selling it at $2,725 SGD (roughly 2103 USD).

I'd greatly appreciate any comment on whether this is a sound decision, or if i should try to look for certain alternative parts (eg upgrading/downgrading the CPU would fix certain known issues, or would significantly increase the value-to-performance ratio etc)
