Colleague that belittles me

I have a colleague that picks up on small issues but has double standards on the same stuff..Small stuff like Im running 2 mins late for a meeting ..Wondering how to deal with this.Have ignored all along coz said colleague is a pain in the face but wondering if I tell colleague they are doing the same they may back off?Narcissist stereotype is colleagues category..I try to avoid conflict as enuf low morale as is in the school so wondering how others deal with this small mindedness?
