So about Tempest Trials

So both the trailer for Book X and its first chapters showed Fjorm in her regular form instead of her TT+ form. But Sharena for some reason is in her TT+ form... despite Book X LITERALLY starting where Book IX ended and Sharena still being her regular form in IX-13.

So what's going on here? Does anyone have some theories on an in-universe explaination?
