Queries about Work Opportunities after an MSc. in Clinical Psychology from UK

Hi, any input would be extremely appreciated here.

I did my BA in English, with a minor in Sociology. Then I completed an MSc in Psychology (Conversion) from a UK university, in online mode. Ive also done a counselling skills course, clinical internship, courses in child mental health, a paid internship at a private MH organization, and now planning another course in SFBT.

I applied to a bunch of MSc's in Clinical Psychology in the UK, as I am not eligible here, and I did not want to do a masters in counselling psychology as I wanted to keep my options a bit more open.

I have received offers but before I accept one, I wanted to ask if anyone has any idea about what kind of work I'd be able to do in India when I return, as it is hard to find sponsored jobs there.

I am not currently aiming to become a clinical psychologist, but I am interested in working with schools, neurodivergent children, research organisations, or working as a therapist. I wanted primarily to ask if it would be possible for me to work as any kind of counsellor or therapist in India with this MSc from the UK.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am 27 and unsure where I fit into the field of psychology, but I thought a degree in clinical psychology would help keep my options a bit more open.
