realistically, WT Infantry will annihilate Enlisted

WT Infantry is the greatest threat to Enlisted as of now. In the short-term, there obviously won't be notable issues. However, once the WT Infantry game mode drops the death of Enlisted began.

WT Infantry means Gaijin won't allow Enlisted progressing to the Cold War as they wouldn't create a competitor to their flagship product. This means, we are stuck in WW2 with the only option being going back in time. As we (probably) won't do that, Enlisted will definitely die! 2025 is evidence for that, the fact that the content is so bad is just a result of WW2 being finished, there is no good content to be added. Even if all the suggestions are implemented and we add a ton of prototypes or copy-pastes, we won't survive against WT Infantry. Look at the Manchuria update, you can see that Japan won't get good content because there simply is no good content besides copy pastes.

Unless they improve mechanics & add new mechanics, new unit types or whatever UNIQUE! things that can compete with WT Infantry, Enlisted will die as they now have a competitor that is objectively better. Not because its modern but because of 3 key reasons:

A. WT has access to the Gaijin Marketplace. Playing WT Infantry would simply be way better as you have things to collect that have value. Enlisted Event/BP things simply don't need to be collected unless you really want them as they don't help you at all.

B. Gaijin LOVES its flagship product. It simply doesn't see any future for Enlisted. If we can trust community-stated numbers, Enlisted and WT have around equal daily active players. Why doesn't Gaijin show some love? Why don't we get the feeling that the dev team is paid well and that money is being invested in Enlisted?

C. WTs marketing team is a billion times better than the Enlisted marketing team. With WT infantry dropping, we simply won't get new players meaning that the game will certainly die. WT improved the Enlisted squad mechanic so much, e.g. being able to actually command the squad (telling your soldiers to throw grenades, defend that direction etc..). Simply said, WT took what made Enlisted unique and gave it to their players 1000 times better. This isn't just an insult to us, its actual humiliation.

In conclusion, doing nothing will result in Enlisted dying. The Manchuria update is NOT good! We only perceive it as good because its the best of 2025! Compared to old updates it is bad. Same can be said about the events, we only like them because we don't want fair fight anymore. A suggestion that could even out the balance between WT and Enlisted to make us actually able to compete would be adding Enlisted to the Gaijin marketplace! For you all to remember: We were being told we would get integrated into the Gaijin market place 3!! years ago. Is there any sign of it? No!!!!! Events can get grindier to artificially boost the value of items, fine. But we need the marketplace as devs obviously won't pull of high-quality updates and marketing won't succeed either.
