Ugh

Hi, guys! :( I have been with my husband almost 10 years, monogomus completely. I have never in my life had even a cold sore. My husband had positive herpes antibodies when he had blood labs done many years ago, the only thing he's even gotten is like cold sores, but we never had a positive herpes result for him, never thought more than just indigestion.

Last week, I got a cold sore on my lip, swollen lymph nodes under my jaw, a few canker sores & the boom, a few spots on my vagina. Great. I have no idea why this would happen now, I went to the UC the doctor was sure it is herpes, did a swab (results pending), gave me antivirals & sent me on my way.

I am so nervous and stressed and sad. I feel like yeah it is probably herpes, what does this mean for me? How often will I deal with this etc?
