New account in the E2S1 Club but without knowing how to manage a second team

I started playing a few days ago on this account, although I've actually been playing for two weeks (I played for a week on another account, but after getting Castorice Pity 90, I realized it was useless without Hyacine, so I reset).

The thing is, even though I plan to keep improving my Phainon team, since I have Cyrene E0S0 and want to get her Cone (which, by the way, HSR Optimizer says greatly increases damage; I'd like to know how that Cone passive works and if it's "permanent" during Khaslana's extra turns), I've realized the game has too many two-team modes.

Even though I'm still improving my Phainon, I simply can't play multiple modes. Actually, the game isn't focused on creating a super team, and several of them seem somewhat pointless outside of the simulated universe, because although there are game modes that I've been able to clear for days with a level 40 Phainon, the second team simply can't defeat the monsters even at level 60.
