Help me figure out my issue.

I’m (28M) so confused. Women who want me romantically don’t want anything serious with me. Women who I don’t want anything romantically ALWAYS want something serious with me. And on the other hand, no one wants to be around when I’m actually single and available but it’s 5 people who interested at once the moment things might be going well with some other person. What is this bs

And it never seems to work out because we’re looking for different things out of one another everytime.
