Considering working with Lady Aphrodite

I’m relatively new to Hellenism and witchy stuff, so far all I’ve practiced has been more leaning towards tarot and astrology. I’ve been lately thinking I should start working with Aphrodite and ask Her for help.

These past years have been hell on earth for me and I’ve struggled a lot in my personal life and mental health. Due to these circumstances I haven’t had the time/chance to get into a relationship with anyone, and it makes me really sad and also insecure since I’m gonna be 17 in 1 month and seeing all these people my age having multiple exes and stuff makes me feel really behind in life. Not only that, but I have plans of eventually cutting off my family due to abuse I’ve suffered from them and one of my biggest fears is ending up alone. This year I’ve made really great friendships and I’m not really worried about having no friends, but I’m scared of never finding a healthy and stable romantic relationship.

I’m seriously considering asking Aphrodite for help to find my ideal person when the time is right. How should I start approaching Her?? If I need to make an altar for Her, how can I start one?? (I’m in a pretty bad economic situation but I’m sure I can find some stuff to make a small one). What kind of offerings does she want and how can I ensure I’m not disrespectful to Her. Sorry if any of my questions are a bit dumb, like I said I’m new to this lol. Thanks in advance for any help, advice or recommendations. Any resources to educate myself more about Her and Hellenism in general would be appreciated too!!
