Need help choosing S2 games

Well, good evening everyone. I hope you are all well, that your family is well, the fridge is full and the switch 2 is running full blast 🤓

I need you because I have a choice to make and I can't make it anymore. Basically for Christmas my wife wants to get me a game and I am reduced to having to make a difficult choice between 3 titles:

• Pokemon ZA: I really like the license but this one doesn't particularly attract me unlike the others (all done from the first to Pokemon Diamond then a break to resume from Let's Go Pikachu)

• Star Wars Outlaws: I really like the universe and the adventure looks visually nice but I'm afraid of falling into the pitfalls of Ubisoft open worlds (I hate Farcry and I hated Avatar).

• Assassin's Creed Shadows: I loved the license until Syndicate but abandoned it from Origins, where I didn't really appreciate the RPG twist and the open world despite the care taken in the settings. This one attracts my curiosity but I have a hard time telling myself that he will be able to surprise me in his scenario...

You can let go of your paving stones to convince me with great pleasure!

Ps: I also had a hesitation with metroid prime 4 beyound which is intended to be more casual gamer (metroid prime remaster put me off in its back tracking) but I don't really know if it is really open to the uninitiated of the genre.
