Wishlist help

Hello. I am on CB from Germany. I put together an Amazon wishlist since I can't use throne in the country but keep getting told that it won't allow anyone to send anything. I ordered something off it from my other profile with no problem and have told them to switch their region to Germany but no luck. Any ideas or alternatives?
