Got a hand sketch of your ADU? I’ll turn it into real plans for free

Hey everyone!

I’m an MSc Civil Engineer who just moved to California. I’m currently working in other areas of engineering, but I’d really like to build more experience with floor plans and 3D house models.

I’m looking for someone in California who needs help with their ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). Just to be clear: I don’t have ADU experience yet, but I do have a strong engineering background from projects in Spain, Ireland, and Latin America.

I’d like to help one person for free with their ADU design so I can learn how the California residential process works while providing real value.

Also, if you already have a hand draft or rough sketch, I’d be happy to turn it into something clean and professional in AutoCAD, Revit, or other software.
