Beginner looking to improve – offering friendly help with light novel translations (EN - DE)

Hi everyone! This is my first post here, so please be kind 😊

I’m a beginner translator/proofreader who really loves light novels, and I would like to improve my English by translating from English to German. I can also work between English, French, Spanish, and German, depending on the project.

Right now, I’m mainly looking for experience and practice, so I’m not expecting any payment. I’m just hoping to learn, improve, and maybe help someone at the same time.

If anyone here:

• needs a beginner proofreader or translator for a light novel / web novel / fan project
• knows where I could look for these kinds of opportunities
• or can recommend communities where translation help is needed

…I would be very thankful for any suggestions or help.
You can reply here or DM me, whichever you prefer.

Thanks so much for reading 🌸
