AI is horrific on so many levels.

Outside of polluting an entire river Google searching the internal temperature of pork nowadays, AI is taking over hobbies that brought humans joy. With uncanny valley and AI slop you can already see efforts by companies calling out AI or just wanting nothing to do with it entirely.

This means AI is strictly being promoted and used to replace wages while we all get trickles of benefit with things like LLMs. The infrastructure being invested is to automate things in the worst way while hoping a roadmap to AGI comes forward since tech companies have not innovated anything since the iPhone.
